May 24th, Part One
Had a personalized tour of Hangar 84 and the entire AAR complex today - very cool. Then spent 2 1/2 hours in Julie’s office at the UFO Museum talking about all kinds of stuff. Fascinating lady. Seeing her for coffee again in the morning before I trundle off to do some more Atlas seeking.
I’m going to stop by a Best Buy if I can find one and buy a bigger chip for the camera. Video is definitely on my mind. In fact, other than the night vision (which I hope to get a chance to use) I don’t imagine I’ll take a video camera with me anymore - too cumbersome. And it takes up space.
And yes, I should be in Santa Fe by Friday where I’ll spend a couple of days - maybe the whole weekend. It’s Memorial Day weekend here, so motels might be at a premium. Back through northern Arizona after that (Grand Canyon and all), then a couple of days doing the loop from Vegas to Rachel to Tonoapah and back to Vegas before coming home. (more…)
